Larry Wayne Causey, 62 of Centre, was arrested this week after reports said he stole an iPhone 15 pro max from another person at the Dollar General on North 5th Avenue in Rome.
Reports said that the phone had been misplaced by an employee and Causey did not make an attempt to return it to its owner.
Causey is charged with theft of mislaid property.
