Tiara Necole Mims, 35 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she stole over $2,094 of water from the City of Rome.
Police said that between April 2023 and February 2024 Mims bypassed the water meter to her home and received flow without paying for it.
Mims is charged with felony theft of services.
