Rome Woman Jailed for Attack at YMCA, Flees from Police

Hannah McKenzie Williamson, 22 of Rome, was arrested this week after recklessly running from police following an altercation at the YMCA.

Williamson allegedly got into a fight with Emani Palmore (see story below) in the gym at the Y.

She is then accused of driving out of the parking lot recklessly while ignoring the officer’s commands to stop.  She was then observed running past traffic control devices on East 2^nd and East 9^th Streets.

Williamson is charged with affray, battery, attempting to elude police, disorderly conduct, reckless driving and failure to obey traffic control devices.
