Adam Neno Painter, 40 of Rome, was arrested for drug possession after a traffic stop on Burnett Ferry Road for a variety of traffic offenses.
Reports said that Painter was stopped after failing to maintain his lane it was discovered that he had been drinking and was found with an open cup of vodka in the cup holder.
It was then discovered that he had been driving on a suspended license.
Painter is charged with possession of marijuana, DUI, open container, failure to maintain lane and driving on a suspended license.
