Logan Preston Selman, 28 of Adairsville, was arrested in Rome after reports said he was found with a schedule II controlled substance without a prescription.
Police did not indicate what drug Selman was found with. However, a schedule II controlled substance are typically pain treatment medication.
Selman is charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance.
