Sean Scott Salmon, 52 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found trespassing on property at 4 Calhoun Highway.
Police said that after he was asked to leave he refused to do so.
When they arrived, Salmon allegedly refused to cooperate with three officers. Salmon is charged with three counts of obstruction, criminal trespass and probation violation.
