Mr. Thomas Arthur Bradshaw, age 71, of Rome

 Mr. Thomas Arthur Bradshaw, age 71, of Rome, passed away on Saturday, February 24, 2024, at his residence.

                Mr. Bradshaw was born in Rome, Georgia on September 3, 1952, son of the late Grady Earl Bradshaw and the late Imogene Tyree Bradshaw.  He was also preceded in death by a son, Matthew Bradshaw, and by a sister, Earlene Chandler.  Mr. Bradshaw was a veteran of the U.S. Airforce.  Prior to becoming disabled, he owned and operated his own merchandising company.  Mr. Bradshaw was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.  He enjoyed reading, traveling, golfing and UGA football.

                Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Terri Stitcher Bradshaw; a son, Tyler Bradshaw (Brooke); two grandchildren, Ellie & Alex Bradshaw; a special “granddaughter”, Charleigh Edwards; two sisters, Darlene Dalton and Sheila Edwards; two sisters-in-law, Emolyn Fricks (William) and Rhonda Hampton (Bill); several nieces and nephews; a special canine companion, Maggie.

                Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 2, 2024, at 2pm in the Chapel at Henderson & Sons Funeral Home, South Chapel, with Dr. Ralph Jenkins officiating.  Interment will follow in Floyd Memory Gardens.

                The family will receive friends at Henderson & Sons Funeral Home, South Chapel, on Saturday from 12pm until 1:45pm.

                Pallbearers are asked to assemble at Henderson & Sons Funeral Home, South

Chapel, on Saturday at 1:30pm and include Todd Fricks, Chad Carney, Brandon Edwards, Blake Edwards, Rodney Dalton, and James Warren.
