Two homeless Rome individuals, Stephen Matthew Smith, 38, and Kimberly Faye Mote Smith, 50, were arrested this week after police said they were found camping behind the Rome Emperors baseball stadium.
Reports said that the couple was found sleeping in tents with dogs and filled with trash.
Both are charged with urban camping in public areas.
