Mackesha Lynn Vincent, 44 of Rome, was arrested in Rome this week after reports said she used and then disposed of a cellphone that had been lost at the West Rome Walmart.
Police said that Vicent found the iPhone Pro Max by the vending machines when she used it and then discarded of it instead of turning it over to the proper authorities.
Vincent is charged with theft by receiving stolen property.
