Destiny Lynn Peace, 24 of Rome, was arrested on a drug charge after being pulled over for not having her headlights on.
Police said that after stopping Peace on Shorter Avenue they discovered that she had been driving on a suspended license.
She then allegedly told police that she was in possession of marijuana.
Peace is charged with possession of marijuana, driving on a suspended license and headlight violation.
