Jerome Jackson, 55 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he stole a lost credit card from the YMCA and used it at businesses around the area.

Reports said that Jackson charged $718.77 at Walmart and then $10.39 at the Armuchee Quick Stop.

Police stated that Jackson purchased a Xbox X, accessories, teddy bear and chocolates from the East Rome Walmart.  Police did not say what he purchased from the Quick Stop.

However, Jackson then sold the Xbox X to Cash America Pawn.

Jackson is charged with two counts financial transaction card theft, theft by deception and theft of lost/mislaid property.
