Jessica LeeAnn Hancock, 34 of Cave Spring, was arrested at a home on Mason Circle after officers said she refused to comply with them.
Reports said that officers asked Hancock to be quiet and go into another room. Instead, Hancock stepped toward officers while making a telephone call. Officers proceeded to instruct Hancock to put the phone down. After repeatedly ignoring the officer, they placed her under arrest.
Hancock then refused to stop moving while officers were placing handcuffs on her.
Hancock is charged with disorderly conduct.
