Two Rome men, Robert Tayler Barnes, 22, and Jesse James Hayden Gott, 20, were arrested after reports said they shot a deer while driving down Callier Springs Road.
Police stated that the incident occurred around 1:30 in the morning on Thursday.
Both are charged with hunting from a vehicle, killing a deer at night and discharging a firearm near a public roadway. Barnes is additionally charged with reckless conduct and improper tail lights
