Edcar Eugene Dodd, 41 of Sand Rock, was arrested in Rome this week after reports said he stalked and attacked a woman at a location on Shorter Avenue.
Police said that Dodd violated a TPO that was placed against him by the courts when he found the woman and began to make physical contact with her. Reports added that Dodd proceeded to break the victim’s glasses during the attack.
Dodd is charged with battery, simple battery, criminal trespass and aggravated stalking.
