Gabriela Carpio, 27 of Rome, was jailed this week after reports said she threatened to kill a police officer.
Police said that Carpio told the officer, “I’ll kill you” while she was being placed in the back of a patrol vehicle.
Carpio is charged with terroristic threats and acts.
