Mr. Joshua McKinnley Paige, age 38, of Rome, GA, passed away on Sunday, October 29, 2023, at a local hospital.
Mr. Paige was born on March 22, 1985, in Floyd County, GA, son of Angie Justice Paige and Timothy E. Paige. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Quinn and Mary Justice, paternal grandparents, Billy and Helen Paige, and by his best friend, Marty Willis. Mr. Paige worked for LPC Contractors. He was a loving father, son, brother and friend who had a heart of gold. Mr. Paige loved hunting and fishing with a passion and could be found doing either in his spare time. He also loved spending time with his nieces and nephews and tried to recruit them into his passions. Mr. Paige was of the Christian faith.
Survivors include his son, Landon Brock Paige; mother and stepfather, Angie Paige and Steve Colburn; father and stepmother, Tim and Deborah Paige; 4 siblings, Bradley Paige (Lauren), Leann Holbert (Corey), Rusty Nelson (Erica), and Niki Henderson (Billy); his goddaughter, Dallas King; 2 special friends, Emily Busby and Austin Reynolds; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.
In accordance with his wishes, Mr. Paige will be cremated and a memorial visitation will be held from 11am until 1pm on Sunday, November 5, 2023, at Henderson & Sons Funeral Home, South Chapel.
