Roshawn Taquan Baird, 20 of Lindale, was arrested at Goodwill on Hicks Drive after he threatened the manager and another employee advising them that he was going to “fu** them up”.
He is also accused of breaking a TV and an unidentified object by throwing them on the floor.
When officers arrived, Baird was accused of becoming violent with them as well. Police stated that Barid pulled away from arresting officers while proceeding to grab at the officer’s vest in an attempt to remove their equipment. Baird is charged with felony obstruction, criminal trespass and terroristic threats and acts
