Sandra Jean Baldwin, 42 of Lindale, Margaret Louise Baldwin, 35 of Lindale, and Glenn Franklin Hamilton, 45 of Rome, were arrested this week after reports said they stole over $1,600 in power from Georgia Power.
Reports said that they stole power service for over three months at their home on Cedartown Highway.
While being taken into custody Hamilton is accused of trying to hide. After officers found him, he began to attack them using his body and head. He was eventually subdued and found in possession of methamphetamine and two glass smoking devices.
Margaret was also found in possession of methamphetamine.
All three are charged with felony theft of services and interfering with property of public utility companies.
Margaret Baldwin is additionally charged with possession of methamphetamine and probation violation.
Hamilton is also charged with felony obstruction, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug related objects, being a fugitive from justice and two counts probation violation.
