Joshua Dion Forman, 24 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he smashed a woman’s cellphone on the pavement of the ground at Cookout on Martha Berry Blvd.
Reports said that Forman’s action caused the victim’s phone to shatter.
Foreman is charged with criminal trespass.
