Ethan Sean Luaders, 28 of Oshkosk, WI, was arrested in Rome this week after reports said he was found in possession of two bags of suspected ketamine that were filled with smaller baggies of the drug.
Police also said Luaders was found with suspected MDMA.
Luaders is charged with possession of a schedule III controlled substance, possession of a schedule III controlled substance with intent to distribute, possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession of drug related objects and being a fugitive from justice.
