Albert Eugene Barger, 43 of Silver Creek, was arrested at the Petro Gas Station on Booze Mountain Road after reports said he went inside the store and grabbed a 42 year-old man in a headlock, and then threatened to shoot him.
Barger is charged with battery, affray, and terroristic threats and acts.
