Mrs. Glenda Faye Studdard, age 84, of Rome, passed away on Wednesday, September 6, 2023, at her residence.
Mrs. Studdard was born in Floyd County, Georgia on February 26, 1939, daughter of the late Henry Chaney Formby and the late Arietta Lemming Formby. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Mark John “Jack” Studdard, and by a son, Doug Studdard. Mrs. Studdard was a homemaker and was a member of the Lindale Church of God.
Survivors include three children, Jan Ozment (Kevin), Greg Studdard (Sharon), and Jeff Studdard; six grandchildren, Jake Studdard, Joe Studdard (Megan), Michael Ozment (Cali), Jonathan Studdard, Kara Keasler (Alex), and Madison Reynolds (Jonathan); fourteen great grandchildren, Alexa, Kylie & Bella Studdard, Natalie Ozment, Kaiden, Preston & Natalie Keasler, Braylee, Addie, Zaylee & Brennen Studdard, Noah Studdard, Corbyn & Lylah Burk; a sister, Jane Edwards; nieces and nephews.
The family will hold a private graveside service at Wax Cemetery. Cary Studdard will officiate.
Pallbearers will be Jake Studdard, Joe Studdard, Michael Ozment, Jonathan Studdard, Kevin Ozment, and Alex Keasler.
Henderson & Sons Funeral Home, South Chapel, has charge of the arrangements.
