Ja’Kia Neodia Perdue, 18 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he hit a 61 year-old man in front of police.
Reports said that Perdue struck the victim in the toro and kicked him in the leg.
Police added that while taking him into custody, Perdue struck them in the face
Perdue is charged with battery and felony obstruction.
