Joshua Weintraud, 41 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he stalked and attacked another person at a home on Atwood Drive.
The report said that Weintraud had been ordered not to have contact with the victim when he went to the home and got in the victim’s face while using profane language while grabbing them.
The victim was left with visible injuries to their wrist.
Weintraub is charged with simple assault and aggravated stalking.
