Timothy William Tillery, 38 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he pointed a loaded firearm at two people during a dispute on Flora Avenue.
Reports added that when police arrived Tillery is accused of threatening to “beat up” arresting officers.
It was also discovered that Tillery was intoxicated at the time of the incident.
Tillery is charged with two counts of aggravated assault, two counts of terroristic threats, and five counts of reckless conduct.
