Albert Edward Sorrells, 57 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he created a “hazardous, unhealthy and physically office condition for others around him in a public area.
Reports did not indicate exactly what Sorrells did.
They did say that he was taken into custody in the 2200 block of Jewel Forst Drive.
Sorrells is charged with disorderly conduct.
