Abraham Alexander Francisco Pascual, 20 of Rome, was arrested this week after a traffic stop near the intersection of W. Hermitage and Old Shannon Roads resulted in police finding drugs.
Police said that they stopped Pascual for driving on a suspended license when they found him in possession of marijuana oil.
Pascal is charged with possession of a controlled substance and driving on a suspended license.
