Michael Allen Hudson, 32 of Kingston, was arrested this week after reports said he placed a 34-year-old woman in fear of her safety along with destroying items around the home.
Police stated that Nicholson screamed and cursed at the victim during a verbal dispute at their home on Talon Court.
Hudson then proceeded to damage multiple doors and walls around the home.
The incident occurred in front of four small children.
Hudson is charged with simple assault, criminal trespass and four counts cruelty to children.
