A former law enforcement officer and bail bondsman, Rodney Lynn Clemones, 56 of Rome, has been indicted for sexual exploitation of children, second-degree cruelty to children and violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act.
Clemones is accused of having sexual relations with a minor and then video taping her in a sex act before asking her not to tell her parents.
Reports said that the acts occurred in August of 2022.
