Lydia Lee Powell, 38 of Livingston, AL, was arrested in Rome this week after reports said she failed to fully pay for a Stryker Trailer.
Reports said that Powell leased the trailer back in 2018. The lease stated that she would pay $650 upfront and $650 per month until April 2019. Powell then reportedly paid until the final month where she did not send her final payment in. She also failed to return the trailer to its owner.
Powell is charged with felony theft by conversion.
