Charles James Archer, 20 of Silver Creek, was arrested on drug charges following a traffic stop at the intersection of SR 101 and Wax Road.
Police said that after pulling Archer over for not wearing a seat belt they found him in possession of a Delta 9 vape pen as well as marijuana.
Archer is charged with possession of a vape pen by an underaged person, possession of marijuana and a seat belt violation.
