Deanna Cecilia Waddell, 43 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she was found driving drunk with two children under the age of 8 year-old unrestrained in the car.
She was also found with an open container of alcohol in the car.
Waddell was taken into custody on East 14th Street.
Waddell is charged with DUI, two counts of endangering a child by DUI, open container, seat belt violation, not restraining a child in a car and operation of vehicles on approach by emergency vehicles.
