Dax Corbin Clement, 48 of Rome, was arrested this week after he allegedly burst into a home on Larkspur Lane and attacked a woman and a man with a knife.
Reports said that he sliced the victims on the neck and face with the weapon.
Police added that the victim had previously taken a restraining order out against Clement.
The incident also occurred in front of a 13 year-old child.
Clement is charged with two counts aggravated assault, aggravated stalking, and cruelty to children.
