Toddrick Rayon Burdette, 43 of Rome, was jailed this week after reports said that he gained money by adding tips on his Marco’s Pizza phone app while working as a delivery driver for the business.
Reports said that Burdette took $381.36 after signing customers’ names on his app to flash authorize the tips.
Burdette is charged with second degree forgery and theft by deception.
