A fugitive in Alabama, Tyler Mitchell Morgan, 27 of Piedmont, was captured in Rome distributing methamphetamine.
Reports said that Morgan was taken into custody at the Texico on Turner McCall Blvd while in possession of three baggies of meth.
Morgan was also found with a set of scales that were contaminated with meth residue.
Morgan is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of meth with intent to distribute, possession of drug related objects, fugitive from justice and three counts probation violation.
