Timothy Matthew Bishop Jr, 24 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he fell through an attic ceiling while running from police.
Authorities said that they found Bishop loitering and an apartment on Alabama Highway when he attempted to run and evade arrest.
Bishop is accused of entering an attic and then falling through the ceiling of the apartment.
Police said that Bishop caused over $500 in damages to the home.
Bishop is charged with loitering, criminal damage to property and probation violation.
