Mrs. Nancy Ann Bunch, age 82, of Rockmart, passed away on Friday, April 21, 2023, at a local hospital.
Mrs. Bunch was born in Asco, West Virginia on June 4, 1940, daughter of the late Woodrow Beverly and the late Ellen Smith Beverly. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Lavonne Bunch, and by three sisters, Mary Lou Morgan, Barbara Morgan, and Jean Evans. Mrs. Bunch was a member of Victory Baptist Church in Rockmart. Prior to retirement, she worked for several years at Florida Tile and also owned a restaurant for many years. Mrs. Bunch loved to read and was an awesome cook. She shared her love for others through her baking and cooking. Her greatest joy in life came from spending time with her family.
Survivors include a daughter, Alisa Mullinax (Bobby); a son Dale Gentry; four grandchildren, Penny Seten (Gabe), Austin Gentry, Taylor Land (Jeremy), and Lauren Bain; five great grandchildren, Addie, Charlotte, Brantley and Walker Seten, and Elliott Land; two sisters, Sherry Miani and Kay Harmon; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at 11am in the Chapel at Henderson & Sons Funeral Home, South Chapel, with Pastor Barry Snapp and Pastor Jamie Land officiating. Interment will follow in Oaknoll Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at Henderson & Sons Funeral Home, South Chapel, on Wednesday from 10am until the service time.
Pallbearers are asked to assemble at Henderson & Sons Funeral Home, South Chapel, on Wednesday at 10:30am and include Austin Gentry, Jeremy Land, Gabe Seten, David Lee, Tim Agan, and Corey Allen.
