The owner of a Paulding County daycare, Goldia Marie Lipsky, 63, has been arrested and charged with assaulting five children who were placed under her care.
An investigation into the allegations began after receiving an anonymous tip last week about Reach for the Sky Academy on Mill Creek Lane.
The tip said that there was vide evidence that showed five children, ages 8 months to 3 years-old, being assaulted on January 12th.
An investigation resulted in the following charges for Lipsky; one count of felony aggravated assault, two counts of felony first-degree cruelty to children, and five counts of misdemeanor third-degree cruelty to children.
Investigators believe more charges will be eventually filed against the daycare owner
