Michael Kyle Thomas, 31 of Cave Spring, was arrested this week after reports said that he beat another person in the face, which resulted in disfiguration, a swollen eye, and bleeding.
The attack occurred at his home on Buttermilk Road.
Thomas is charged with aggravated battery and battery.
