A homeless 40 year-old Rome man, Joshua Isaac Caleb Weintraub, was arrested in Riverside Parkway after reports said he threatened to kill a 33 year-old woman.
Police added that Weintraub also used vulgar and profane language in a public place around children while acting violently.
Weintraub is charged with terroristic threats and acts along with disorderly conduct.
