Dudley Lynn Kerr, 56 of Centre, turned himself into the Floyd County Jail after he was accused of sexually molesting a child under the age of 18 from 2013 until 2017.
Police said that Kerr used his hands to penetrate the victim’s vagina.
Reports added that the exact dates could not be determined due to the actions occurring multiple times over the years.
Kerr is charged with child molestation and aggravated sexual battery.
