Two Romans, Jaclyn Nichol Adcock, 34, and Donte’ Lamont Dupree, 30, were arrested this week after reports said they set multiple fires using trash and debris in the roadway.
Police added that the couple failed to take necessary precautions to prevent the fires from spreading.
The incident occurred at Harmony and Compton Roads.
Both are charged with littering, burning of woodlands without precautions, and reckless conduct.
Dupree is additionally charged with probation violation.
