Jason Dewayne Dean, 38 of Scottsboro, Alabama, was jailed in Rome after he allegedly walked into the Dollar General on Alabama Highway and demanded all of the money from the cash register.
Reports added that the clerk stated that they believed Dean had a gun in his waistband.
The incident occurred back on May 6th.
Dean is charged with strong arm robbery.
