Giorgio Durand Fleetwood, 30 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he blocked a woman from leaving a parking lot with his vehicle.
Reports added that Fleetwood then proceeded to curse at the woman while striking the hood of her car numerous times.
He was taken into custody at a location on Elliott Circle.
Fleetwood is charged with simple assault and criminal trespass.
