Mohawk Industries has been recognized for its outstanding employee training and development programs for the sixteenth year by Training Magazine. Mohawk earned the 58th spot in the rankings on the magazine’s elite list.

For the past 22 years, Training Magazine’s annual ranking is the standard of excellence for workplace learning. The rankings are based on factors such as training hours per employee, formal learning programs, investments in professional development and how training initiatives impact the business goals and objectives. To be considered for the award, each company must submit a detailed application that includes describing its training and leadership development programs, shares organizational success, initiatives tied to specific goals and more.
The Training Apex Award recipients were revealed at the Training 2022 Conference & Expo at Disney’s Colorado Springs Resort in Orlando, Fl. on Monday, February 28, 2022.
