Derek Albert Elam, 30 of Cartersville, was arrested this week after reports said he placed another person in fear of their safety when he told them he was going to “blow his sh** away”.
The incident occurred at a home on Rush Chapel Road.
Elam is charged with simple assault and terroristic threats and acts.
