Shonterrius Demonta Bullock, 27 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was laying drag down Ga 27 near Berry College.
Reports said that Bullock was spotted leaving a business while laying drag down the road.
Police said that when they spotted Bullock he attempted to avoid capture and speed away reaching over 100 mph.
Reports added that Bullock eventually left his lane and travel before having a wreck.
Bullock is charged with laying drag, reckless driving, failure to maintain land and attempting to elude police.
