Rafael Antonio Arevalo, 33 of Cedartown, was arrested this week after reports said he was accused of molesting a child under the age of 16 years.
Investigators failed to release details on the case but said that there was enough probable cause to open the investigation.
Arevalo is charged with two counts felony counts of child molestation, and two felony counts of sexual battery against a child under 16.
