Katavius Rayquan Flowers, 19 of Phenix City, Alabama, was jailed in Rome after reports said he used another person’s bank card to make 72 orders with Uber Eats.

Reports stated that Flowers racked up $1,136.31 worth of delivery charges between September and November of 2019.

Police went on to say that Flowers was a student in Rome at the time of the crimes.  They added that he had food sent to both his home and school.

Flowers is charged with financial transaction card fraud.
