Kennon Franklin Jackson, 50 of Summerville, was arrested in Rome after reports said he stole over $500 in merchandise from the East Rome Walmart.
Reports said that Jackson stole two scooters valued at $138 each and a Sony speaker valued at $249.
Jackson is charged with felony shoplifting and driving on a suspended license.
